BEST LIGHT LADIES FAST PITCH TOURNAMENT (Second Annual)

Entry Fee - $450.00

Your team will be guaranteed FIVE games, beginning on the Friday evening - June 26 - with the final pool games on the Sunday morning - June 28 - and playoffs to follow.
There will be no distinction as to tier.
The concession, BBQ, and Beer Garden will be available for your refreshment and enjoyment.
Winners of all games will be provided with travel assistance moneys - $25.00 for pool play, and amounts for playoffs to be determined by the number of teams and games.
A team withdrawing from the tournament after June 5 will be expected to assist in finding a replacement team, and will not have its entry fee returned unless a replacement is found before June 19.
A team withdrawing after June 19 will not have its entry fee returned.
A team may carry up to 17 players, with no more than 2 of them being pick-ups from other teams, provided that the pick-ups are listed as such on all team roster forms, and that they carry with them letters from their original teams' coaches giving them permission to play with the entered team.
Teams are to submit complete rosters of Coaches and Players, including identification of pick-ups, prior to their first games on the Friday evening.
A team not affiliated with Ontario's Provincial Womens Softball Association must provide proof of $2 million insurance coverage with its entry form.
Decisions as to the eligibility of teams and players will rest with the tournament organizing committee.
